Mountain Bike Old Mine Road
Join resort naturalist Dennis Miranda on a whirlwind biking tour of Old Mine Road for a taste of cool hemlock forests, refreshing views of the Delaware River and glimpses of wildlife and wildflowers along the way. The easy biking tour will begin the woods road portion of Old Mine Road south of Walpack Center. Bring your own bike, lunch and water. Limited rack space for bikes. Hike the Pinwheel Vista
This strenuous hike takes you 700 feet in less than half a mile. Enjoy cool talus slopes, towering mountain laurel and the occasional melody of a winter wren. Then, marvel at the panoramic views of High Point, the Great Valley and even Slide Mountain the highest point in the Catskills at over 4400 hundred feet when you arrive at the Pinwheel Vista! Join resort naturalist Dennis Miranda on a summer jaunt of Wawayanda Mountain. Loaner binoculars are available. Bring insect repellent and a bottle of water.

Waterfalls Tour
Picturesque mountains, cool hemlock forests, refreshing cold waters and thunderous falls greet the summer traveler when resort naturalist Dennis Miranda leads you to the most spectacular waterfalls in the Poconos, just 40 minutes from Crystal Springs! Visit the highest waterfalls in the Pennsylvania, Raymondskill Falls, the veils of Dingman’s Falls and the dozen cascades of Child’s Park. Loaner binoculars are available.
