Services

Catering Services -- The Resort offers a CMP (Click here for more details) for all events. The culinary team offers a complete selection of breakfast, break, lunch, cocktail reception, and dinner menus. Theme party, picnic, and custom menus are also available upon request.
Dining options -- In addition to group catering space, the Resort offers 12 dining rooms, including 4-Star Restaurant Latour. Your attendees will have a variety of casual to formal culinary venues to chose from.
Business Center -- The extensive full service Business Center offers black-and-white copies, laser printouts, transparencies, stapling, collating and hole punching, incoming and outgoing faxes, work space, use of PC with Internet connection, word processing, phone ports, Internet and modem ports, FEDEX shipping, and office supplies.
Audiovisual Equipment -- In-house AV equipment includes computer with monitor and keyboard, DVD, VCR, television monitor, wide-screen television, LCD projector, slide projector, a variety of projection screens, PA system, electric pointer, wireless microphone, lavaliere microphone, dry erase board with markers, flipchart easel, podium, and blackboard. Additional equipment is available through contracted vendors.
Tech Support -- The resort's experienced IT Staff is available to assist with technical set-up and trouble-shooting throughout your meeting.
Wireless High-Speed Internet Access -- For the convenience of your meeting attendees and hotel guests, wireless high-speed Internet access is available in all meeting rooms, hotel guest rooms and suites. ($14.95 Per 24-Hour Usage at Minerals Hotel & Spa)
Dedicated Conference Planners -- Our expert Conference Planners will attend to every detail of your meeting from planning to execution.
