Of course enjoy our normal German favorites such as Bratwurst, Knockwurst, Weiswurst, Potato Pancakes, German Potato Salad as well as our special buffet in the Red Tail Lodge featuring Sauerbraten & Spaetzle. We’ll also have stations dedicated to Fresh Jersey Corn, Baked Potatoes, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Huge Pretzels, Black Forest & German Chocolate Cake, Funnel Cakes, Fried Oreo’s, Ice Cream & much more!

We will be offering variety of the best German Biers, which many are only poured and available for Oktoberfest. We will be featuring Franziskaner, Spaten, Spaten Oktoberfest, Radeberger, Konig, Hofbrau, Paulaner, Leinenkugel and Sam Oktoberfest. That’s just a tease.
