Taking a rustic American cuisine to the next level, Patrick Duffy resides as Chef de Cuisine of the Crystal Springs Tavern. “Our cuisine takes a Local Sustainable Rustic American feel, authentic and true to form.” Patrick has been with Crystal Springs Resort for over some 7 years and has truly mastered the feel for cuisine at the property.
Patrick’s true love has always been food and the business of food and has obtained a business degree while manning the kitchens at Crystal Springs Resort.
Patrick earned the opportunity to work in Virginia’s historic Boonsburo Country Club, where local ingredients around the Blue Ridge Mountains remain the key to the restaurants success. After 2 years working alongside Andre Ellis C.E.C. in VA he decided home in NJ is where He wanted to be.
Patrick’s vision for food is going to be taking his approach to the next level, working alongside newly appointed Executive Chef Timothy Fischer.
While spotlighting New American Cuisine and working closely with organic farmers and locally grown ingredients, the Duo strive to bring the finest freshest most sustainable farm to table foods to your plate. While creating menus based around the New Jersey Highlands Patrick hones his straightforward cooking techniques.
