Chef Scott Snyder and his wife Allison serve contemporary American food at their highly regarded Boulevard Five 72 in Kenilworth, New Jersey. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Scott has worked in some of New York's top kitchens, including Gage & Tollner, La Grenouille and Sign of the Dove.

Chef Snyder was also Managing Partner at Henry's, a popular Upper West Side bistro. Boulevard Five 72 was named one a "Top Ten of 2008" restaurant by the Newark Star Ledger.
