10am-12pm – “Living Life in the Present Moment”
Most of us are either walking around in the past thinking about what "could have been, should have been, or might have been," or else we're filled with anticipatory anxiety about what the future may or may not hold. We will learn how most of the “agita" in our lives comes from not having our minds and our bodies in the same place, and we will learn how we can begin to focus on the eternal now.
12pm-1pm – Group Lunch in Kites Restaurant
1pm-3pm – Mountain Hike (semi-strenuous)
Hike to the top of Granite Mountain for a beautiful view of Vernon Valley.
4pm-6pm - "One Moment At A Time“
We will connect the morning with the afternoon as we come together for small group work, building on the information we learned earlier in the program. Learn how being present in each moment of our lives and making each day count, is the only way to create the future that we dream about and truly deserve.
6pm – Group Dinner in Kites Restaurant
9pm – Popcorn and Movie Night “A Man Named Pearl”
