Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificate must be presented at time of use. If service performed does not equal or exceed the value of the Gift Certificate, the remaining balance will written on the orginial certificate. If balance due exceeds Gift Certificate amount, customer is responsible for remaining balance. Elements Spa is not responsible for Gift Certificates that are lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift Certificates should be handled as cash. Elements Spa and reflections Spa are not responsible for the content of messages accompanying Gift Certificates. The buyer of the Gift Certificate assumes all responsibility for personal messages accompanying Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates can be applied to any service or merchandise purchased within Elements Spa or Reflections Spa. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and expire 1 year from date of purchase.
