As one of the premier wine cellars in North America, this architectural marvel encompasses nine interconnected chambers which house one of the world’s best wine collections. Built by Resort founder and visionary Gene Mulvihill, this one-of-a-kind collection is lovingly curated by Chief Operating Officer Robby Younes and Wine Director Susanne Wagner and includes essentials, rarities, astute selections and stunning values from around the world.

The cellar’s many-chambered catacombs hold extensive verticals of top estates in Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone, Italy and California. Featuring 6,000 labels in its leather-bound list, the Wine Cellar has won multiple prestigious awards, including the Wine Spectator Grand Award every year since 2006. Visit us for a private wine tasting or enchanting meal in this unique setting.

Crystal Springs Resort invites our guests to enjoy an extraordinary tour of the Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning Wine Cellar. Discover one of the finest curated collections in North America.

  • Guided: Wednesday - Sunday 3:00pm {Please meet at the Crystal Tavern hostess stand.}
  • Self-Guided: Daily from 7:00am - 11:00pm {Please stroll through at your leisure, following the windows in order – numbering in lower right corner.}

Wine & Spirits Shop

Wine aficionados and devotees of distilled spirits are invited to visit The Curator, the new retail boutique tucked away in the world-renowned Wine Cellar of Restaurant Latour.

Open Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00 - 7:00pm.

Must be 21 and over to enter. Shipping is not available.

Experience a collection of wine education programs held in the exclusive Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning Wine Cellar. Choose from Wine Tasting, Wine Education and the popular Blind Wine Competition.

Wine Cellar Dinners

Discerning guests are invited to discover one of the most unique culinary experiences in NJ at the Crystal Springs Resort Wine Cellar. The two opulently appointed dining and tasting rooms seat 26 and 10 guests respectively.

Exquisite menus are masterfully created by Executive Chef Aishling Stevens of the Resort’s award-winning Restaurant Latour. Our highly knowledgeable and entertaining sommelier will educate privileged diners with an abundance of unparalleled wine wisdom plus lead a private tour of the magnificent cellar.
