All activities* are included in your stay from 12:00pm on the day of check-in until 5:00pm on the day of check-out.
*The Putting Course, Vista 180° Pools & Biosphere Pool Complex are available only to Grand Cascades Lodge guests.
Activities vary by day. Workshops, Goat Yoga, Food & Beverage and Game Room are not included. Golf clubs/pickleball paddles may be rented for a nominal fee.

Join us for a guided walk while practicing sensory awareness via scent, sight, sound and breath. This activity is designed to quiet the mind and deepen the connection with the inner self and the natural world, largely through sensory experience. The walk culminates in a 10 minute guided meditation with a focus on connecting with the earth and nature. Suitable for adults or families with mature children. Led by one of the Resort's Meditation specialists.
What is Forest Bathing? Shinrin-Yoku is a term developed in Japan that directly translates to "Forest Bathing" and is the broad definition for taking in - through one's senses - the forest atmosphere. It is not just a walk in the woods, but instead the conscious and contemplative practice of being enveloped in nature, awakening to sensory exploration, and taking in the healing benefits of the forest atmosphere.
Admission is complimentary*, however space is very limited so RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. No shows will be charged a no show fee of $20 per person due to the space limitations of this class.
