Reflections Spa will add a 10% service charge onto the spa service fee. This charge is separate and distinct from tax & gratuity and covers the following amenities: Use of spa steam shower prior to service, Himalayan Salt foot soak post service, Pink champagne, Specialty chocolates, Use of the Biosphere Pool Complex {Monday through Thursday non-holiday with minimum $160 treatment} – Includes indoor/outdoor pools, steam, sauna and hot tub.
- The 10% service charge will be added automatically to your bill regardless of your amenity usage.
- The Spa does not accept SpaFinder gift cards. Outside food and beverage are not allowed inside the spa.

What a beautiful, relaxing experience to wind down! I booked a Reflections Spa massage which included a Swedish massage, champagne, lunch and all day access to the biosphere (hot tub!) for an amazing deal! Ashley and Laura were so attentive to ensure I had the best of the best! Ashley’s massage technique was superb! Really took out knots and tensions in my shoulders, neck and upper back where I didn’t know I had! I was able to be fully zoned in my self-care experience. Laura was incredibly sweet, served me chocolates, champagne, and a really great conversation.

I went on a day trip with two girlfriends. I had the most incredible massage from Donna! Told her where my pain points were and she took care of them! When I was finished, I enjoyed time in the salt and warm foot bath section with my friends and Laura, the hostess of the area. She was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend!!

I am not the type of person to write reviews but I was absolutely blown away by the massage I got by Todd Goodrich. He immediately put me at ease with the quality of his massage. I have never had better! His hands felt like he was conducting music on my body. You can tell he’s been developing his craft for long time. He was easily able to switch between therapeutic strokes and deeper touches (but not ever too hard) in the places I needed it the most. It was as if he were reading my mind! I melted into the table. There were times I felt like he was a chiropractor or some kind of doctor who specializes in muscles only you could sense how much he cared with every stroke. I know many women prefer female masseurs, but if you can take a risk and try Todd, I promise he’s worth it!!
