HOW MANY RESORT DINING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
With your choice of an array of vibrant restaurants, you're guaranteed to make delicious memories. Please visit our dining page for restaurant profiles and hours of operation.
WHAT IS THE BREAKFAST CREDIT AMOUNT FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS?
A breakfast credit of $40 is given per night, per reservation of hotel stay. Please note that this credit is not applicable to owner, group or wedding reservations. This credit may not be used towards any tax, service charge, or gratuity charges.
This credit may be used at the breakfast buffet or towards an a la carte breakfast at either the Crystal Tavern or Kites Restaurant if the breakfast buffet is not available. Guests may only use this breakfast credit at whichever hotel they are staying at. Hours 8:00am - 11:00am.
The breakfast buffet is $29.95 for adults {12+}, $19.95 {ages 4-11} plus taxes and fees.
IS ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Reservations are required for the following dining outlets: Restaurant Latour, Crystal Tavern, Kites Restaurant, Gino34, and the Chef's Garden {seasonal}. We encourage our guests to make reservations well in advance to ensure availability. Please call 855.977.6473 for dining reservations.

HOW CAN I MAKE A HOTEL RESERVATION?
For your convenience, reservations can be made 24 hours a day by reserving online, or by calling 855.977.6473 between 7:00am-10:00pm.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK-IN?

For your convenience, the Resort accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Additionally, Diners Club is accepted for hotel stays only. A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in.

WHAT IS THE RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY?
Reservation Payment
Upon booking, the rate for the first night of stay plus tax will be secured as a deposit and charged to your credit card in order to guarantee your room. If you need to cancel within the seven day period prior to your booking, this amount will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a No Hassle, No Penalty 100% Cancellation Policy that allows for reservations to be moved or cancelled at any time and for any reason up to seven days prior to the stay with no change or cancellation fees. Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of check-in will be charged and forfeit 100% of their stay.

CAN EXTRA GUESTS BE ADDED AT CHECK IN?
Please find our policy regarding guest occupancy:
- Single rooms can accommodate up to four guests.
- Two bedroom suites can accommodate up to six guests.
- The Grand Villa can accommodate up to 16 guests.
Hotel rates are based on adult occupancy. Per New Jersey fire code law, the above occupancy limits may not be exceeded unless there is one child under the age of 3 in the booked party.

ARE THE ROOMS NON-SMOKING?
Crystal Springs Resort is proud to be a smoke-free property. All guestrooms, common areas and restaurants are non-smoking.
WHAT DO THE HOTEL PACKAGE CHARGES COVER?
Package charges on your reservation include the nightly room rate, daily breakfast credit, access to pools, premier health club and fitness classes, as well as Recreation and Package Amenities. Please note, breakfast credit is not valid for owner, group or wedding reservations.
A Convenience Fee of 3.5% will be assessed on all credit card payments at the time of check-out from the hotel.
ARE CRIBS AND ROLLAWAY BEDS AVAILABLE?
The cost of a hotel crib is $10 per day at both Grand Cascades Lodge and Minerals Hotel.
Rollaway beds are not offered.

WHO CAN USE THE POOLS AT CRYSTAL SPRINGS RESORT?
Guests staying at Minerals Hotel have access to the Minerals pool complex only.
Guests staying at Grand Cascades Lodge have access to the Biosphere, Vista 180, and the Minerals pool complexes. We ask that Grand Cascades Lodge guests bring a towel from their hotel when using the Minerals pool.
For the safety of our guests, there is a 48-inch height requirement for the slide at the Biosphere.

Yes, guests and visitors will incur a 3.5% processing fee when using a credit card for payment.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT CRYSTAL SPRINGS RESORT?
Only ADA certified service dogs are permitted at Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge. No weight limit or fees will be imposed.
All service dog stays must be communicated at the time of hotel booking. Dogs will be registered with the Front Desk upon check-in.

DO ELEMENTS SPA GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO MINERALS SPORTS CLUB?
Elements Spa guests have access to amenities Monday through Thursday, with a minimum $135 spend on a spa treatment.
On the weekends, Friday through Sunday, the cost is $35 to use amenities in addition to the $135 spa treatment.
DO REFLECTIONS SPA GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE BIOSPHERE POOL COMPLEX?
Reflections Spa guests have access to the Biosphere Pools Monday through Thursday (non-holiday) with a minimum treatment spend of $160.
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO UTILIZE THE SPAS AT CRYSTAL SPRINGS RESORT?
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the facilities at Reflections Spa.
Young adults age 13-17 may engage in limited services at Elements Spa.

Tee times for Resort hotel guests can be made as far in advance as desired once accommodations are booked. Tee times for members can be made up to 28 days in advance and 17 days in advance for rewards members. Public golfers can make tee times up to 15 days in advance. WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES AMONGST THE SIX CRYSTAL SPRINGS GOLF COURSES?
Our award-winning course options offer various topography, skill level and price points.
Ballyowen is a World-class Irish links-style course, rated No.1 in the state of New Jersey. Set across 250 acres atop a plateau, it is surrounded by rolling farmland and craggy knolls.
Black Bear is a popular destination for golfers of all skills levels, known for its approachable design and scenic setting.
Cascades Golf Course is designed with playability in mind. At 3,627 yards, it features junior tees to support developing golfers and enhance accessibility. The 9-hole layout offers a convenient option for a shorter, relaxed round.
Crystal Springs is recognized by Golf Digest as one of the 'Top 50 Toughest Courses in America' and stands among the premier golf destination in the Northeast.
Minerals Golf Course is the perfect fairway for the family. Set at the base of Hamburg Mountain, Minerals Golf Course offers a 9-hole mountainside layout measuring over 2,305 yards. Thoughtfully designed for all skill levels, it proves a rewarding challenge for all players.
Wild Turkey is recognized as one of New Jersey's top public golf courses. The layout pairs two distinct terrains reflecting the expansiveness of Ballyowen and the rugged, multi-elevated nature of Crystal Springs. With multiple tee placements, generous fairways, and moderately contoured greens, the course offers an approachable experience for all skill levels.
WHAT IS FOOTGOLF?
FootGolf is a hybrid sport that combines elements of soccer and golf. Played on a golf course with a standard soccer ball and oversized holes, the fun game follows many of the same principles as traditional golf. Players must be at least 6 years old.
WHERE CAN I PLAY FOOTGOLF?
Crystal Springs Resort offers two FootGolf courses, located at Cascades and Minerals golf courses.
WHEN CAN I PLAY FOOTGOLF AND HOW MUCH IS IT?
The 18-hole FootGolf course at Cascades takes about 2 hours to play - $25 per person on weekdays and $30 per person on weekends. Our 9-hole FootGolf course at Minerals takes about 1 hour to play - $15 per person on weekdays and $20 per person on the weekend. Rewards members enjoy 20% savings. FootGolf is a fun teambuilding activity with various group packages available starting at $25 per person. To enhance your FootGolf experience, golf cart rentals are available for $10.
