This inspiring outdoor venue allows guests a truly unique 'garden-to-table' dining experience amidst beautiful organic vegetables, flowers, herbs and views of the Kittatinny Mountain Range. Our 100% organic garden is a beautiful alfresco space where you can learn about and savor the region’s seasonal bounty. Watch as the chefs pick ingredients from the surrounding gardens and use them to prepare your meal right in front of you. This season, bundle up and make your way over to The Schnapps Shack, located adjacent to the Glice skating rink in front of the Crystal Springs Clubhouse.

Grab a seat next to one of our toasty fire pits and enjoy your favorite hot signature cocktails, tasty libations or your choice of 10 different Schnapps varieties – perfect to ward off winter’s chill! And don't miss our tasty snacks including warm cider donuts, delicious toffee apple, homemade soup of the day, foot long hot dog with all the fixings and more.

The Champagne Chalets are the ideal choice for outdoor dining in New Jersey. Located on the Fire + Water Terrace at the AAA 4-diamond Grand Cascades Lodge, these heated glass-surround private lounges offer magnificent views, delectable menus and are perfect for a romantic celebration, special night out with friends or family get together. Seating is available for up to six persons and guests must be 4 years of age and older. 

Dress Code: The Chalets are heated but can be chilly so dress warm and stay cozy.
