Restaurant Latour
An Elevated Culinary Experience
The culinary crown jewel of Crystal Springs Resort showcases the best of New Jersey’s bountiful farms and artisan producers. One of the most celebrated restaurants in NJ, the ever-evolving Restaurant Latour reflects a unique connection to our pristine natural surroundings, bringing the woods indoors in a stunning dining room featuring natural finishings and panoramic mountain views.
Relax and enjoy our refined yet welcoming hospitality as you put yourselves in the hands of the kitchen for our exquisite three-course and seven-course menus. Resort Executive Chef Aishling Stevens and Chef de Cuisine Matt Laurich approach seasonal cooking in a modern and stylish way, with a tangible connection to our surroundings, utilizing fermentation, preservation, foraging and locally sourced ingredients.
Our knowledgeable sommeliers will recommend the ideal wine or libation to elevate an exceptional menu. Every thoughtful dish at Restaurant Latour and throughout the Resort’s restaurants is complemented by countless options from our Wine Cellar. Built by Resort founder and visionary Gene Mulvihill, the collection is lovingly curated by COO Robby Younes and Wine Director Susanne Wagner. This one-of-a-kind collection includes essentials, rarities, astute selections and stunning values from around the world and has won the Wine Spectator Grand Award every year since 2006.
Your unforgettable dining experience at Restaurant Latour concludes with the presentation of custom-made chocolates by world famous pastry chef and chocolatier Jacques Torres. Our current offering features dark chocolate bonbons with black truffle and black trumpet mushroom. A sweet pairing of beautiful chocolate that spikes with sea salt and umami richness from the mushrooms, finishing with undeniable black truffle flavor that lingers on the palate.
