The Banquet Cook takes full responsibility for his or her outlet by teaching staff under the guidance of the Executive Chef. This candidate will strive to exceed guests expectations, while working as a team member.  

The General Mechanics are the backbone of the hospitality operation being the last straw before guest recovery efforts are engaged.  Being the forefront assisting with both guest issues and the preventative maintenance programs for all building systems. Operating as efficiently as possible in the operation and cohesively work with all other department employees. 

 Crystal Springs is looking to hire enthusiastic Banquet Servers to work at one of North Jersey's highest ranked wedding and event locations. Responsibilities of the Banquet Server position consist of, but are not limited to: Assisting the Banquet Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience, greet guests and responding to requests in a friendly and courteous manner, plus much more. 

This position is responsible for cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff , prepping food for service, set up and stocking of all necessary supplies and more.
