- Tee times MUST be booked prior to arrival, so that the appropriate vouchers can be provided at Front Desk on arrival date.
- Guests MUST PICK UP THEIR VOUCHERS from the Front Desk before going to the course.

- The breakfast credit may be used at the breakfast buffet or towards an a la carte breakfast at either the Crystal Tavern or Kites if the breakfast buffet is not available. Guests may only use this breakfast credit at whichever hotel they are staying at. This credit may not be used towards any tax or gratuity charges.
- Booking this package does not guarantee tee time or course availability.
- Tee times can be booked 90 days in advance as desired for the current season however please note that tee times may need to be adjusted if there is a conflict with an outing or event.
- The Putting Course, Vista 180 & Biosphere Pool Complex are only available to Grand Cascades Lodge guests.
- Activities vary by day. Does not include Workshops, Goat Yoga, Food & Beverage, or Game Room. Golf club/pickleball paddle rentals available, but not included.
- Rate for first night of stay plus tax will be secured as a deposit and charged to your credit card to guarantee your room.
- 100% of your deposit amount will be refunded if you cancel up until 7 days prior to your arrival
- If your dates of stay change after initial booking, prevailing room rates will apply.
- Activity and dining availability is not guaranteed during your stay. It is strongly recommended that reservations are made prior to your arrival.
