Important Policies
Convenience Fee: A 3% convenience fee will be assessed on all credit card payments made at Crystal Springs Resort.
Registration: Each individual player must register in the Pro Shop prior to golf round.
Cart Fees: Golfers who request a single rider cart will be charged a $20 cart fee on the 18 hole courses, and a $10 cart fee on Cascades. Driver's license required.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy: If you cancel outside of 24 hours, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours due to threatening weather will be given a credit toward a future round. AccuWeather will be the weather service that will be used to determine if weather is threatening.
Replay Rounds: Replay Rounds must be booked on day of play to receive a discount. Replay Rate is half of the morning prime rate. First round must be played on 18 hole course to receive replay discount.
