Minerals Sports Club is proud to have Mike Tartaglione oversee our personal training program. Mike is a natural bodybuilder of over twenty years with a certificate in personal training from the American Aerobic Association International and International Sports Medicine Association. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about exercise, diet and holistic fitness and is eager to share this knowledge with his clients. He has experience working with people of all ages and fitness goals. Whether you're determined to drop body fat, increase mobility, gain muscle mass, get healthier, improve your quality of life or all of the above, Mike is highly qualified to help you reach your goals.
BARBARA MATCHETT
PERSONAL TRAINER
Barbara has been in the fitness industry for close to 3 decades. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and comes with a lot of experience. In addition to numerous PT & GX certifications, she is TRX-certified and Keiser Cyclist-certified. She has excellent knowledge and experience in a wide variety of training styles. Her clients have ranged from adolescents to seniors. She has vast knowledge in training athletes, post rehabilitation, disabled clientele and anyone wishing to further their fitness regimen or perhaps just starting one. Barbara takes the time to know all her clients and will go the extra mile to assure they reach their goals.
JULIE BUSH
PERSONAL TRAINER
A certified personal trainer for 15 years, Julie first developed a love for physical fitness through dance and pageantry. She specializes in floor and aquatic personal training along with pageant fitness training. Her passions are her family, staying fit, volunteer work, and helping people find their best self through health and wellness training. She holds a WITS Personal Trainer Certification, a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy with a Minor in Gerontology from the University of New Hampshire, and CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross.
LACEY LIPTAK
PERSONAL TRAINER
Lacey Liptak is a certified Personal Trainer at MSC with 15+ years experience. A lifelong athlete and wellness enthusiast, Lacey loves using a variety of health and fitness perspectives and exercise dynamics during her sessions. From bodybuilding and powerlifting concepts to mobility training and overall athletic conditioning, Lacey strives to provide unique workouts and encourage lifelong personal development among all her clients!
JAKE COUGLE
PERSONAL TRAINER
Jake Cougle is both a Personal Trainer and the Membership Sales Manager at Minerals Sports Club. His passion for fitness started in childhood, and developed into a career of helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Although Jake is a healthy eater with a diet heavy in protein (shellfish and nuts are favorites), he does allow for the occasional chocolate indulgence. When not at the sports club, Jake enjoys getting out on the golf course plus tuning into “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “That 70s Show”.
