Our popular Opening Night Cabaret is back... with a twist! This year, top mixologists will take part in the Battle of the Bartenders competition and guests will judge the winner. Top Chef + Top WInes
A #NJWFF favorite returns with three fan favorites from Season 21 of Top Chef collaborating with Restaurant Latour to serve a 5-course dinner paired with wines from some of the world's best winemakers. Guest chefs include runner up Savannah Miller, Michelle Wallace and Soo Ahn.

Chef's Garden Dinner with Francis Mallmann
Legendary South American Chef Francis Mallmann is creating a live fire dinner experience unlike any other. Enjoy a six-course feast in the Chef's Garden, paired with wines from Winemaker Matías Ciciani of Mendoza's oldest winery Bodegas Escorihuela Gascon.

VIP ticket holders are granted early one hour VIP access to the Grand Tasting from 6pm - 7pm and exclusive entry into the 3rd Floor VIP lounge at 8pm with premium wines, rare spirits, tastings from Restaurant Latour and desserts by Chef David Burke. Includes special VIP gift at the door.

Biosphere After Party
After The Grand Tasting, it’s time to party in the tropical Biosphere. Meet and mingle with Chefs and Winemakers on the dance floor as the DJ spins all night. A jaw dropping troupe of entertainers will surprise and excite guests. Enjoy multiple bars while feasting on delicious late-night eats.
