Reservation Payment 

Upon booking, the rate for the first night of stay plus tax will be secured as a deposit and charged to your credit card in order to guarantee your room. If you need to cancel within the 7 day period prior to your booking, this amount will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy 

We offer a No Hassle, No Penalty 100% Cancellation Policy* that allows for reservations to be moved or cancelled at any time and for any reason up to 7 days prior to the stay with no change or cancellation fees. Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of check-in will be charged and forfeit 100% of their stay.
