  • No refunds for unused Resort Credits or Spa services.
  • Booking this package does not guarantee Spa availability so you must call in advance to reserve. 
  • The breakfast credit may be used at the breakfast buffet or towards an a la carte breakfast at either the Crystal Tavern or Kites if the breakfast buffet is not available. Guests may only use this breakfast credit at whichever hotel they are staying at. This credit may not be used towards any tax or gratuity charges.
  • The Putting Course, Vista 180 & Biosphere Pool Complex are only available to Grand Cascades Lodge guests.
  • Activities vary by day. Does not include Workshops, Goat Yoga, Food & Beverage, or Game Room. Golf club/pickleball paddle rentals available, but not included.

Guests of Grand Cascades Lodge are invited enjoy a one-of-a-kind, 18-hole natural grass putting course, featuring multi-tiered greens and rolling terrain with rippling streams and colorful landscaping. Great for sharpening your putting game or just having fun with the kids.

Guests of both hotels are invited to try their mountaineering skills on the rock climbing wall at Minerals Hotel, which uses a catch-and-hold technology to give climbers the time they need to rest, recover, and finish their route.

Take a ride down the 140’ water slide in the tropical Biosphere at Grand Cascades Lodge. The slide provides a high energy ride through a tunnel ending with a speedy splash down into our heated pool. Available to GCL guest only.

Are the Spa service prices the same for hotel guests vs. a public guest?

Spa services are priced the same for both overnight guests and day/non-overnight guests. 

What are the main differences between the two hotels at Crystal Springs Resort?

Grand Cascades Lodge is a AAA 4-diamond property and offers a luxurious, high-end experience.  Minerals Hotel is a more casual hotel and provides a comfortable stay for guests. These hotels are three miles apart - less than a 10 minute drive. They are both family-friendly, welcoming adults and children to stay. Each property offers a world-class Spa on site.

Is Spa pricing guaranteed?

Our pricing may be subject to change without notice. Please inquire about current pricing when scheduling your Spa services. Please note that tax, service charge and gratuity are not included in the cost of Spa services.

How do guest experiences at Reflections Spa and Elements Spa differ?

Crystal Springs Resort offers two luxurious Spa locations, both named among The Top 100 Spas of America.

Reflections Spa combines the essence of fire and water are brought forth to create a rejuvenating oasis set to inspire even the most seasoned spa-goers.

Elements Spa features the healing powers of the Earth with a breathtaking design and treatments incorporating the most beneficial of minerals to create a true spa experience.

Are there any Spa packages which include multiple services for a discounted rate?

While the Spas offer occasional specials, there are no current packages or bundle savings for multiple services. Services may be booked a la carte. 

What are the hours of operation for Reflections Spa and Elements Spa?

Reflections Spa: 
Monday — Saturday: 9:00am – 9:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Elements Spa: 
Monday — Saturday: 9:00am - 9:00pm   
Sunday: 10:00am - 8:00pm

Can a Spa service be booked for someone who is not staying at the hotel and wishes to join an hotel group at the Spa?

Yes, the Spas are open to the public. An overnight stay is not required to book a Spa service. 

Does the Spa package come with a massage?

Any package including a Spa credit will provide each adult in the room a credit toward their choice of treatment. Grand Cascades Lodge spa packages provide a credit of $180 per adult to use on a treatment at Reflections Spa. Minerals Hotel spa packages provide a credit of $155 per adult to use on a treatment at Elements spa. 

Can a public guest also use the pools if not staying overnight?

Grand Cascades Lodge - Monday through Thursday: Spa guests booking services at Reflections Spa totaling $160 or more may have complimentary pool use on the day of their service. Friday through Sunday, and holidays:  Pool use is not allowed for Spa guests. 

Minerals Hotel -  Monday through Thursday: Spa guests booking services at Elements Spa totaling $135 or more have complimentary pool use on the day of their service. Friday through Sunday, and holidays:  Pool use is allowed for Spa guests who book services totaling $155 or more with payment of an additional $35 for a day pass for use on day of Spa service. 

Can a Spa credit be used at the hotel where my room is not reserved?

A Spa credit must be used at the hotel where the guest is staying . Grand Cascades Lodge Spa packages allow guests to book at Reflections Spa. Minerals Hotel spa packages allow guests to book at Elements Spa. 

What is the policy on Spa attire?

It is requested that all jewelry be removed prior to any Spa service. 

Do all guests staying in the room have to reserve a spa treatment?

No. The reservations staff can adjust the number of guests who wish to book at the Spa. 

What is the Spa policy with regard to cell phones?

The Spa is an environment for relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all of our guests' rights to privacy and quiet by turning off pagers and cellular phones before entering the Spas at Crystal Springs Resort.

How far in advance can a Spa appointment be booked?

It is never too far in advance to book Spa treatments. Early booking will allow for better availability, especially for larger groups. 

What form of payment is accepted for Spa services?

For your convenience, the Spas at Crystal Springs Resort gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Resort gift cards and cash payments. Hotel guests can charge services to their room.

How much is saved by booking a package vs a la carte?

Savings are approximately $50 at Grand Cascades Lodge per night by booking a package vs. a la carte . Savings are approximately $35 per night at Minerals Hotel by booking a package vs. a la carte. Additionally, guests who reserve a Spa & Stay package receive a complimentary late check-out of 1:00pm. 

Is a gratuity included in the price of a Spa treatment?

A gratuity is not included in the Spa services pricing. As we strive to provide a truly relaxing and invigorating Spa experience, gratuities are greatly appreciated. For your convenience, envelopes are located at the Spa reception desk and can be obtained upon check-out.

Does a spa appointment need to be booked based on the number of nights stayed?

The reservations staff can modify a Spa & Stay package to suit the guest’s needs. A Spa package can be book for just one night or all of the nights of the stay. Each day that is added will provide a Spa credit for each adult. For example, a Spa & Stay for one night provides each adult one credit {$180/155pp} and a Spa & Stay on two nights would provide each adult two spa credits to use during their stay {$360/$310 pp}.

Can I purchase a gift card for the Spas at Crystal Springs Resort?

Yes, spa gift cards can be purchased at Elements Spa and Reflections Spa. Online, telephone and mail orders are available as well.

If a spa package is added on only one of the nights, does the credit need to be used on that specific day?

No , the spa credit can be used anytime during the hotel stay. 

Does a spa appointment need to be made in advance?

It is strongly recommended that spa appointments be made well in advance of the desired date as the Spas fill up quickly. For appointments or to change any previously scheduled service at Elements Spa at Minerals Hotel or at Reflections Spa at Grand Cascades Lodge, call (855) 977-6473.

How far in advance should I arrive for my Spa appointment?

You are encouraged to arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests and to keep therapists’ schedules on time, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment allotment and will be charged the full service fee.

What is the cancellation policy for a Spa appointment?

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice of cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to the designated time and no-shows will be billed in full. Call (855) 977-6473 to cancel or change your Spa appointment.

Groups: Please provide 48 hours advance notice for group cancellations. Group appointments cancelled in less than 48 hours prior to the designated time and no-shows will be billed in full.

Weddings: Please provide 7 days advance notice for changing or cancelling wedding/bridal services at Reflections Spa. Services cancelled in less than the 7 days prior and no-shows will be billed in full. 

Are Spa appointments guaranteed once a package is booked?

Spa appointments are not guaranteed. It is important to book a Spa service in advance, or to check with a reservations agent for Spa availability before booking a stay. 

Is there an age requirement to utilize the Spas at Crystal Springs Resort?

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the facilities at Reflections Spa. Young adults age 13-17 may reserve limited services at Elements Spa.

Is there an adult-only property?

No, both properties welcome families with children.

How many guests can fit per room?

Most rooms can sleep 2 - 4 guests. Grand Cascades Lodge offers suites which can accommodate up to 6 - 8 guests. We also offer connecting room options. 

Does the Resort offer a suite that has more than one King Bed?

At Grand Cascades Lodge, we do have larger suites that sleep up to 6 or 8 guests, as well as a beautiful one-of-a-kind Villa that sleeps up to 16 guests.

Can guests request rooms close by one another or connected, and is this guaranteed?

For guests traveling together, we can request to have their rooms assigned close to each other or connected. Although this is not a guarantee, our staff always tries their best to accommodate these requests. 

Can guests use the pools at both hotels no matter which one is reserved?

Grand Cascades Lodge grants its guests access to the pools at both hotels. Minerals Hotel guests may only use the pools which are on-site at Minerals.
