NOW HIRING BANQUET STAFF
The Northeast's # Culinary Resort is hiring Banquet Cooks & Servers to join our team. The Resort is home to an array of stylish restaurants, bistros, pubs and cafes, ranging from 4-star dining at the award-winning Restaurant Latour to the open air kitchen in our very own Chef's Garden. We also provide world class catering for hundreds of weddings, corporate retreats and special events including the New Jersey Wine & Food Festival.

Banquet Server
Responsibilities for the banquet server position include: greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner, sett up banquet room as instructed by Supervisor to include linen, service ware and glassware, serve the food and/or beverage in the order and to the expectation of the Supervisor to ensure consistency throughout the banquet, promptly remove dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function, abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages, replenish beverages as necessary, and check with guests for overall satisfaction, reset banquet room according to Supervisor specifications once banquet is complete to ensure the readiness of the room for the following function, perform any other job related duties as assigned
Banquet Cook Position
In this position, you will take full responsibility for your outlet by teaching employees under the guidance of the Executive Chef. Responsibilities include preparing in accordance with quality, availability and seasonality; ensuring market lists are completed daily and weekly; and helping coordinate menu planning and implementation.
Candidates for this position should have 2 to 3 years high volume experience with knowledge of proper cooking for Grill, Saute, Garde Manger. Culinary school training is a plus. A passion for food and a willingness to learn is a must.
