Blind Wine Tasting

To speak with a group sales representative about the Resort’s teambuilding program, please call 844.993.9673.

Test your knowledge of wine with a blind wine tasting facilitated by our sommelier. Guests will be broken up into groups and will sample two different wines (a red and a white). The wine bottle will be placed in a brown bag to conceal the label and bottle shape. Guests will have 15 minutes to guess the continent, country, region, grape and year of each wine. After the game, enjoy a tour of our awardwinning Wine Cellar, or combine The Wine Educator with Blind Wine Tasting Game for an extra fee. Activity is hosted on property at Grand Cascades Lodge.

Forest Bathing

This activity is included for guests of both hotels. Reservations are required. Call 877.705.2286 to book.

Enjoy a guided walk with our resort naturalist while practicing sensory awareness such as scent, sight, sound, breath, to quiet the mind and deepen connection with the inner self and the natural world. The walk culminates in a 10-minute guided meditation with a focus on connecting with the earth.

What is Forest Bathing? Shinrin-Yoku is a term developed in Japan that directly translates to "Forest Bathing" and is the broad definition for taking in - through one's senses - the forest atmosphere. It is not just a walk in the woods, but instead the conscious and contemplative practice of being enveloped in nature, awakening to sensory exploration, and taking in the healing benefits of the forest atmosphere.

This experience is included with your stay for guests of both hotels*, however space is very limited so RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. No shows will be charged a no show fee of $20 per person due to the space limitations of this class.

Call 877.705.2286 to book.

*No fee for leisure guests. For group inquiries, please contact your Event Coordinator.
