Rain checks may be redeemed at any course resort wide. The voucher value will equal the cost of the originally booked tee time rate and can be used as payment toward any tee time. Must be redeemed in person at the pro shop. If the current tee time is higher in price, the guest is responsible for paying the difference. If the current tee time rate is less than the value of the rain check, the difference will not be refunded. If the course closes, cancellation will be allowed on a case by case basis.
Full 18-hole rain checks will be granted to golfers who have completed {3} holes or less and who have experienced a significant change in weather conditions since the commencement of their round.
Pro-rated checks will be granted to golfers who have completed between {4} and (15) holes and who have experienced a significant change in weather conditions since the commencement of their round.
{Pro-rated rain checks are calculated by multiplying the group’s greens fee amount by the # of holes remaining to be played divided by 18 holes}.
Your hotel stay may be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of check-in date. Tee times have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
The breakfast credit of $40 per day must be used at the breakfast buffet if it is open that morning. It can only be used at the main restaurant on site if there is no breakfast buffet that day.
All courses offering tee times after 2:00pm will have a lower discounted rate.
Yes, a guest must play on the day corresponding to the stay in order to receive the Golf & Stay rate.
Golf carts are mandatory and all quoted prices include cart fees, except for Minerals. Minerals charges $8 per 9-holes for a two seater cart, and $20 per 9-holes for family four-seater carts. Ballyowen is the only course where walking is allowed. {$20 discount if guest uses a caddie at Ballyowen, the only course which offers this option.}
