For your convenience, the Resort accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Additionally, Diner's Club is accepted for hotel stays only. A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK-IN?
All Crystal Springs hotel properties require at least one guest per room who is a minimum of 21 years old and can provide a valid credit card to register for overnight accommodations.
WHEN CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Reservations are available 1 years prior to stay date.
HOW CAN I MAKE A HOTEL RESERVATION?
For your convenience, reservations can be made 24hrs a day by reserving online, or call (855) 977-6473 between 7am-10pm.
DO YOU OFFER DAY PASSES TO THE POOLS?
Through August 31, 2023, Crystal Springs Resort is offering a Resortwide Vacation Pass and the Minerals Vacation Pass for one day usage.
WHEN ARE GUESTS ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE SWIMMING POOLS?
Currently, guests may access the swimming pools as follows on days of check-in and check-out:
Grand Cascades Lodge
- On the day of check-in, guests may access the pools beginning at 12:00 pm.
- On the day of check-out, guests may access the pools until 5:00 pm.
Minerals Hotel
- On the day of check-in, guests may access the pools beginning at 8:00 am.
- On the day of check-out, guests may access the pools until 5:00 pm.

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT CRYSTAL SPRINGS RESORT?
Only ADA certified service dogs are permitted at Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge. No weight limit or fees will be imposed.
All service dog stays must be communicated at the time of hotel booking. Dogs will be registered with the Front Desk at check-in.
