ARE THERE FEES FOR CREDIT CARD USAGE THROUGHOUT THE RESORT?
Yes, guests and visitors will incur a 3.50% processing fee when using a credit card for payment.
WHEN CAN GUESTS USE THE SWIMMING POOLS DURING THEIR STAY?
Currently, guests may access the swimming pools as follows on days of check-in and check-out:
Grand Cascades Lodge
- On the day of check-in, guests may access the pools beginning at 12:00 pm.
- On the day of check-out, guests may access the pools until 5:00 pm.
Minerals Hotel
- On the day of check-in, guests may access the pools beginning at 8:00 am.
- On the day of check-out, guests may access the pools until 5:00 pm.
WHO CAN USE THE POOLS AT CRYSTAL SPRINGS RESORT?
Guests staying at Minerals Hotel have access to the Minerals pool complex only.
Guests staying at Grand Cascades Lodge have access to the Biosphere, Vista 180, and the Minerals pool complexes. We ask that Grand Cascades Lodge guests bring a towel from their hotel when using the Minerals pool.
For the safety of our guests, there is a 48 inch height requirement for the slide at the Biosphere.
IS THERE AN ON-SITE FITNESS CENTER?
Yes. Minerals Sports Club is located at Minerals Hotel, and is available to guests of both Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge. The state-of-the-art Minerals Sports Club offers weekly fitness classes, indoor/outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, cardio & weight training floor and more. Guests staying at Grand Cascades Lodge must bring a towel when using the Minerals Sports Club facilities.
